What’s a show or a one-day?
To attend our events, it is compulsory to buy your pass on our ticketing or via bankwire/Paypal, by contacting us on our contact form on our website. However, when a pass is bought, it is neither exchangeable, nor refundable except if we entirely cancel the show.
We do not book pass or extras, even if quotas are low.
Once the pass is bought, you need to either print all your proofs of purchase or show them on your phone. Without them, you won’t be able to withdraw your pass.
If you didn’t finish paying for your pass, you won’t be able to attend the show.
The day you’ll come withdraw your pass, a member of our staff will give you a bracelet, it will be compulsory to keep it on you all along the weekend. Without the pass and the bracelet, you will not be able to attend the show.
To withdraw your pass, you’ll be asked to show an ID with photo. A pass withdrawal will be organized on Friday at the end of the afternoon, on Saturday as well as Sunday from 8am.
Am I allowed to take photos or videos during the Q&As or during the convention?
You’ll be allowed to take photos during the Q&As but without a flash, except for the first 5 minutes. All cameras are allowed if they don’t take too much space.
It is totally forbidden to take videos during the whole show and photos are not allowed during other activities than Q&As.
Am I allowed to resell my pass?
Resales are totally forbidden except if the convention is postponed and under the conditions given by Empire Conventions.
What happens if one of the guests cancels?
If a guest cancels, your pass will not be refunded. However, your extras wil be automatically replaced by a guest of your choice of the same value than the one who cancelled, except for extra guests. Empire gives a time limit to ask for extras’ refunds. If it’s not respected, Empire has the right to refuse any refund request.
The convention is postponed/canceled, what to do?
If the convention is postponed, your tickets will also be postponed at the new date. If you cannot attend at the new chosen dates, resales of pass and extras will only be allowed in case of a serious problem with a document as proof.
If the convention is cancelled, Empire Conventions will have to refund all your pass and extras. In no case, your transportation and accomodation will be refunded, those being at your charge.
Are your shows accessible to disabled persons/wheelchair users?
Yes, all of our events are accessible to disabled person, you’ll however be asked to give us a valid proof (medical certificate or disability card). A member of our staff will be dedicated to you.
For wheelchair users, your companion will need to be a member of the direct family (partner or parent/sibling) to get a free entrance to the show. The companion will however need to pay for their extras and will not be allowed to attend paid activities by the wheelchair user, unless they paid for the extra themselves.
I’m under age, can I attend the show?
Yes, but if you’re more than 16, you’ll need to provide a parental permission (downloadable on our website), as well as a copy of the ID of your legal tutor.
If you’re less than 16, you’ll need to be accompanied by an adult possessing a pass. If they’re not one of your legal tutors, you’ll also need to have the parental permission. However, no reduced rate is offered for legal tutors accompanying their children to the shows.
